View, download, and manage your invoices

Display & Video 360 sends invoices on the first day of the month for the previous month's activity. If a campaign runs for more than one month, you'll get separate invoices for each month.

Invoices are emailed automatically on the first day of the month. If you don't receive yours, ask your account admin to add you to the email recipient list.

If you have admin access, you can view, download, and manage your invoice on the invoices page in your billing summary. In your billing summary, you can also:

  • See all of your invoices, debit memos, and credit memos.
  • Filter your invoices by status, due date, outstanding amount, and more.
  • Create custom filters and save them for future use.
  • Sort your invoices in ascending or descending order.
  • Download invoices in bulk.
  • Search for specific invoices.

Any edits to your billing profile will take effect immediately and be reflected on that month's invoice.

Edits to a billing profile only apply to the advertisers assigned to the billing profile. If you want to update the settings for all advertisers in a partner account, you will need to update all of your billing profiles.

    • "All invoices and memos" shows all of your invoices, including those that are closed or paid.
    • "All credit memos" shows all of your credits, including those that have already been applied to invoices.

To find a specific invoice:

  1. Click on the search field at the top right of the table and enter any text that is in the invoice. This includes an advertiser name or ID.
  2. (Optional) Use “AND” to find invoices with two specific words. For example searching “video AND game” will show invoices that contain the words “video” and “game”.
  3. (Optional) Use “OR” to find documents with either of two words. For example, searching for “Nov. OR Dec.” will show invoices that contain either the word “Nov.” or “Dec.

Filter your invoices

  1. Above the table, click + Add a filter
  2. Select the filter type that you’d like to apply.
  3. Enter any additional information needed to complete the filter.
    • Example: After you add the “Document number” filter, enter the invoice number (or list of invoice numbers, separated by a comma) that you’re searching for.
    • Example: After you add the “Issue date” filter, select the date range of the documents you need to see.
  4. Click Apply, then add more filters as needed.
Tip: To remove a filter, click the X on the filter you’d like to remove.

Look at the details of an invoice

Click the invoice you’d like to see details for. A pop-up will appear with details like the invoice number, invoice amount, status, purchase order number, account details, and more. In the “Document Activity” section, you can see who the invoice was delivered to.

To close the pop-up, click the X in the top left. To download, or request a revision to your invoice, click Actions in the top right of the invoice pop-up.
