Several dimensions and metrics to be renamed in September

As of the week of September 17, 2018, the following dimensions, metrics, and reporting "from" email addresses, were renamed. This will be done to align with the Display & Video 360 and Campaign Manager product names. The changes are as follows:

General terminology changes

Generally speaking, in Display & Video 360, pixels will soon be called activities.
