Use connection speed (or netspeed) targeting to target people based on the speed of their network connection.
The following options are available:
- EDGE/2G (57kbps and faster)
- UMTS/3G (384kbps and faster)
- Basic DSL (768kbps and faster)
- Broadband/4G (2mbps and faster)
- and "All connection speeds"
For example, if you wanted to target people on networks at least as fast as a mobile "3G" network, open a line item, navigate to Targeting
