You can share a creative preview link with others for review and sign-off. Preview the creative, then copy the URL from the preview tab and share it. Anyone you share either type of preview link with can view it. No sign-in is required.
About shared previews
Shared previews are full page previews you can use to test how the creative works in different environments. Learn more about preview settings
Shared preview URLs automatically expire after 14 days. If you need to share it after it expires, share a new preview URL.
Share a preview of a creative
- Open the creative.
- Click Preview. A new browser tab opens with a preview of the creative.
- In the new browser tab, click the URL in the browser's address bar to select it.
- Copy the URL:
- Mac: Press ⌘ + c
- Windows: Press Ctrl + c
- Paste the URL in a chat or an email, then send it to the person you want to review the creative.
- Mac: Press ⌘ + v
- Windows: Press Ctrl + v
Share a preview of a data-driven creative variant
Preview works differently for data-driven creatives since they can have many creative variants. The suggested way to preview them is to add data-driven creatives to a preview sheet. If you want, you can also send a preview of one variant:
- Open the data-driven creative.
- Click Ad Canvas.
- Point to the creative, then click Preview
. A pop-up window opens with a creative preview.
- Below the preview, click Share preview
, then select a copy option:
- To copy the preview link only, click Copy link.
- If you plan to share several links at once and you want more detail to tell previews apart, click Copy link & details instead. The link is copied with the date and time the preview was created, the creative name (or variant name for data-driven creatives), and the creative's dimensions. For example, "https://displayvideo.google.com/doubleclick/preview, 3/14/2027, 10:16:26 AM, My Flipbook, 336 × 280".)
- Paste the URL in a chat or email, then send it to the person you want to review the creative.
- Mac: Press ⌘ + v
- Windows: Press Ctrl + v
