Check the status of creatives

To easily see the creative status and review feedback for multiple creatives, you can hover over each creative in your advertiser's list of creatives.

  1. Open your advertiser in Display & Video 360.
  2. In the left menu, click Creativeand thenCreatives.
  3. If you're in gallery view, switch to list view .
  4. Find the 'DV360 status' column. If the status is 'Servable' or 'Approved', the creative can serve on Ad Manager and all exchanges that don't have their own review process.
  5. If the creative is assigned to a line item that targets inventory on an exchange with its own creative review process, check the 'Exchange status' column. This status reports which exchanges have approved or rejected the creative. If the creative isn't assigned to a line item that targets an exchange, the status will always be 'Pending' for that exchange and you can ignore this status.
  6. To get more detail about each status, hover your mouse over it. For more information, click See details. This will open the creative and take you to the Creative status tab.
  7. If it's not expanded, click Display & Video 360 review to see more information.
    • If the status is 'Pending', check the Review started time. Add eight hours to the start time to get an estimate of when the creative can start serving.
    • If the status is 'Servable' or 'Approved', you can see the Review completed time.
    • If the status is 'Rejected', you'll see feedback about why the creative was rejected and how to fix it.
Please wait at least 24 hours after the review start time before you contact support. The support team is unable to take any action on tickets for creatives that have been in review for less than 24 hours.
 
Don't see a review start time? The review start time only appears on creatives with a 'Pending' status that have been updated after 8 October 2019. In older creatives, it will appear the next time the creative is updated and has a status of 'Pending'.
