Manage users

Allow others to help manage your content, exhibits and publishing options

Click Manage Users on the Settings page icon Settings page to add additional administrators or curators.


Administrators can manage every aspect of your account, including uploading items, curating exhibits, inviting other administrators, and even deleting it entirely. ​


Curators can only manage their own exhibits: They can create new exhibits, as well as edit and delete them. Curators don’t have access to your exhibits, items, settings or any other part of your account. Curators use a separate exhibit curation tool at


Users you invite must already have their own Google Account, otherwise you will see an error message. If necessary, ask your new administrator to create their own Google Account and then provide you with the associated email address.
