Disapproved CSS product page

CSS product pages that don't comply with Google policies may be disapproved. When a CSS product page is disapproved, it won't be eligible to serve across Google. Do the following actions to resolve or avoid having a disapproved CSS product page:

  • Read our policies to learn what Google doesn't allow.
  • Update your website. If a link you submitted to Google leads to content that violates a policy, update your website to meet the requirements and be in compliance with Google policies.
  • Remove or update the violating CSS product pages from your product data. You can find details about the violation in the CSS Center.
  • After you update your products, if it’s still necessary, request a review.
  • For certain issues, you can disagree with the issue but you may need to complete additional steps such as provide an appeal reason and upload required documentation.
    • A review or appeal takes 3 business days but may take longer for complex cases. If a review or appeal is successful, the issue will disappear and the CSS product page will be eligible to serve across Google.

  • If you are still within the warning period, Google will automatically review the issue again at the end of the warning period. If the violating products are removed, you won't need to request a review manually or take any additional action.
  • If your participation in the CSS program or one of its opportunities is suspended and you've taken other actions to resolve the issue, request a review.
  • For certain issues, you can disagree with the issue but you may need to complete additional steps such as provide an appeal reason and/or upload required documentation.
