As of today, March 15th, the system freeze has been lifted for in process suppliers. The freeze remains in place until March 22 for existing suppliers.

|In process suppliers* can resume outstanding enrollment activity that was paused during the freeze.
*Suppliers in the process of completing the Ariba enrollment process (Registration & Tax Questionnaires) to do business with Alphabet/Google.
|Existing suppliers* can update their account information (e.g. payment information) in Ariba if/as needed. Important reminders:
⚠ Registration & tax questionnaires in Ariba are editable but any updates made from now until March 21 will be lost!
⚠ Follow emergency procedures on our help center for urgent requests during the rest of the freeze period.

🗹 You will receive an email on March 22 confirming all supplier enrollment and account management activities in Ariba can resume as normal.
🗹 After go-live on March 22, you may notice updates to the Registration & Tax Questionnaires, including the addition of tool tips and revised/removed fields to enhance the user experience.
🗹 New training content is also being added to the supplier help center.
🗹 You will receive another email on or around March 26 to provide information on the purchasing system
freeze in April and the go-live of SAP in May.
