How to download a PDF copy of an invoice

To download a PDF copy of the invoice from the Ariba Supplier network, perform the following steps:

1. Log in to your Gmail account.
2. Your Gmail Inbox screen is displayed. Click the Google LLC has changed Purchase Order mail to view the PO in Ariba Supplier Network. 
3. Click the Process order button to view the desired PO details.
4. The Ariba Supplier Network login screen is displayed. Log in with your valid credentials.
5. The corresponding order details are displayed. Click the Download PDF button to download a copy of the invoice.
6. The downloaded PDF is saved in the Downloads folder on your system. Double-click the downloaded file.
7. The PDF version of the PO details is displayed from the locally saved file on your system.
