How to change payment currency

While there isn’t a way to change the currency of an existing invoice, if your billing address is located in one of the countries or regions where local currency is available, you can:
  1. Create a new billing account.
  2. Move your existing projects to the new billing account. To move your projects, To confirm who owns the project, go to the Google Cloud Platform Console, open the console left side menu, and click IAM & Admin. Ensure that a project is selected to see the project owner.

Charges on the new billing account will be in your local currency.

Note: Charges already incurred that have not yet been reported in the transaction history will be billed to the former billing account. This can include charges from up to two days prior to when the project was moved.
