"Google Chrome OS can't open this page" error. I powerwashed already & instant error again. Lenovo

I've powerwashed already and haven't installed any apps.  The apps I was running before were basic google apps for school and streaming services.  As soon as I ran through the basic setup process the error occurred again.

Hi Kim,
 
The known fix for this issue is to browse to chrome://settings/reset > Restore settings to their original defaults then restart your Chromebook.
