bought a chrome book, had device enrollment to rrps

i bought a chromebook at a best buy and when i bought it, it said that i had a device enrollment to RRPS for some strange reason. i have been factory reseting it for 5 hours and is just keeps going into the device enrollment. how do i remove it (preferably without contacting them)?

If you bought the machine and it was enrolled when you got it, take it back now. Don't waste your time. That machine should not have been offered for sale until it had been completely unenrolled. Unenrolling a Chromebook is the responsibility of the user who had it when it was enrolled, not your responsibility.

Hi Dane bon

Your Chromebook needs to be fully unrolled from the domain but only your Workspace Administrator can do that. 
 
 
However, if the org  has already deprovisioned the Chromebook, then a full device wipe would be needed to put the Chromebook into a normal state:
 
If not, you should return it as it is in an unusable state.
