Can't redeem the Roblox Chrombook Perk

I use a Acer Chomebook 311 and i went to this page and all was blank apart from the "Find your perfect Chromebook" insert. Below is a comparison between my phone's view and my Chromebook's view of the page.

Ignore I use guest mode...
