New Chrome OS devices
If you use a ChromeOS device as part of a business, school, or other group, the device needs to be enrolled in the organization. After a device is enrolled, administrators can remotely manage the device's settings.
ChromeOS devices that have been previously enrolled
During enrollment you might see a screen with Enterprise Enrollment at the top and a domain name on the right. This means your device has been previously enrolled in a domain and you will need to visit https://support.google.com/chromebook/go/ownership on a different device for instructions to reset the device. This situation tends to happen if you purchased a second-hand device.
