"Google Drive cannot be reached at this time"
You need to be connected to the Internet in order to see the latest files in your Google Drive. If your Chromebook is unable to connect to Google Drive, you'll see this message: "Google Drive cannot be reached at this time". Try the following suggestions to fix this issue:
- Refresh the tab. Click the refresh button in the upper-left corner of your browser.
- Make sure you're connected to the Internet. Look at the status area in the lower-right corner of your screen to check the state of your network connection. If you're having problems connecting to a network, troubleshoot your connection issues.
- Restart your Chromebook. Click the status area in the lower-right corner and select . Then press the power button to restart.
