Get help with your mobile network
If you're having trouble activating or connecting to your mobile data network, try the Internet connection troubleshooter.
If the troubleshooting steps don't work, you can call your mobile data carrier, or visit their website listed below. Your carrier's retail stores most likely won't be able to provide support for Chromebooks.
- Verizon Wireless (U.S.): Call customer support at 1-800-786-8419. To make sure that you reach the appropriate support team, press # on your phone and select option 2.
- T-Mobile®: If you have trouble activating service, contact a T-Mobile activation specialist at 800-937-8997.
