Fill in forms automatically

You can let Chrome fill out forms automatically with saved info, like your addresses or payment info. When you enter info in a new form online, Chrome might ask you if you’d like to save it to your Google Account.

Edit or delete address info that you've saved in Chrome

If you edit or delete an address and you’re signed in to Chrome with your Google Account, your changes show up on your other devices where you’re signed in to Chrome with the same account. Find out how to choose what info is synced on other devices.
  1. On your iPhone or iPad, open Chrome Chrome.
  2. Tap More 더보기 and then Settings Settings.
  3. Tap Addresses and more.
  4. Edit or delete info:
    • Edit:
      1. Tap the entry.
      2. At the top right, tap Edit.
      3. When you've changed your info, at the top right, tap Done.
    • Delete:
      1. At the bottom right, tap Edit.
      2. Select the entry.
      3. Tap Delete and thenDelete addressand thenDone.

Add, edit or rename your payment method in Chrome

To add a payment method:

  1. On your iPhone or iPad, open Chrome Chrome.
  2. Tap More 더보기 and then Settings Settings.
  3. Tap Payment methods.
  4. At the bottom, tap Add.
  5. Enter the payment information.

To edit or rename a payment method:

  1. On your iPhone or iPad, open Chrome Chrome.
  2. Tap More 더보기 and then Settings Settings.
  3. Tap Payment methods.
  4. Tap the method that you’d like to change.
  5. Tap Edit.
  6. Change your card details and nickname, and tap Done.
  • If you have previously synced your payment methods with Google Pay, you'll be redirected to the Google Pay site to update your info there.

Tips: If you rename a payment method, it appears when you select a form that uses a saved payment method.

Save your payment information on Google Pay

When you’re signed in to Chrome and you enter your payment method into an online form, Chrome may ask if you want to save your payment info in Google Pay. If you accept, your payment information is saved in Google Pay. If Google Pay doesn’t support your payment method, Chrome may offer to save it locally on your device.

Payment methods saved in Google Pay show up as suggestions in most online forms.

If Chrome doesn't offer to save your payment info in Google Pay, learn how to fix issues with saved payment info.

Add, edit or delete a credit card in Google Pay
  1. Go to pay.google.com.
  2. Tap Payment methods.
  3. Choose an option.
    • Add: Tap Add payment method. If you don't see the option to add a new card, go to play.google.com/store/account to add a payment method.
    • Edit: Below the card, tap Edit.
    • Delete: Below the card, tap Remove.
Stop syncing payment info to Google Pay
If you’re syncing credit cards and addresses in Chrome, Google Pay will still store your credit card info.

Most cards saved in Google Pay will appear as suggestions when you’re filling in forms online. To stop syncing payment info to Google Pay:

  1. On your iPhone or iPad, open the Chrome app Chrome.
  2. Tap More 더보기 and then Settings Settings.
  3. At the top, tap the name of your account.
  4. Tap Sync.
  5. Turn off Sync everything.
  6. Turn off Show addresses and credit cards from Google Pay.

Stop saving info to Chrome

  1. On your iPhone or iPad, open Chrome Chrome.
  2. Tap More More and then Settings Settings.
  3. Tap Payment methods or Addresses and more.
    • To stop saving payment info: 
      1. Turn off Save and fill payment methods.
    • To stop saving addresses and contact info: 
      1. Turn off Save and fill addresses.

Chrome doesn't suggest your saved info

If you don't get suggestions when you fill in a form, either:

  • The website might not be secure enough to get this info from Chrome.
  • If the website is secure, Chrome might not detect certain fields in the form.

Delete your saved Auto-fill form info

To delete your addresses, payment methods and other saved info in Chrome at the same time, follow these steps:
  1. On your computer, open Chrome.
  2. At the top right, click More More.
  3. Click More tools and then Clear browsing data.
  4. Choose a time range, like 'Last hour' or 'All time'.
  5. Under 'Advanced', choose Auto-fill form data.
This method doesn't delete cards stored in your Google Pay account or addresses saved to your Google Account. Find out how to remove a payment method from your Google Pay account.
