All of the managed Chromebooks in my organization are printing in black & white and I don't know why. It shows up in color in the preview, but then prints in black and white. This issue started last week. It's a few different printers, HPs & Lexmark's. I've tried removing them and adding them back on but that doesn't resolve the issue. The Chromebooks are up to date as well.
Is there a setting or something I'm missing I'm missing in the Google Admin console that controls this? I've searched around but nothing comes up.

Thanks for your time.

Hi Samuel,

Thanks for reaching out to the Chrome Enterprise Community!

Please refer to this article which details on enforcing various Chrome policies and configuring print settings from the Admin Console.

In addition to that, here's a policy on color and monochrome printing modes. If you have the policy set to "Monochrome" then it would result in black & white printing only.

Hope that helps.

Best,
Brad
