Choose or change a customer's renewal setting

For customers on an Annual Plan Yearly or Annual Monthly plan: your customer’s subscription automatically switches to Flexible Plan on their renewal date. You can set choose a different plan any time before the renewal date. The new plan takes effect on the customer's renewal date. 

Update the renewal option

Changing the customer’s renewal option won't impact their service.

  1. Sign in to the Channel Services console.
  2. On the Customers page, click the customer name.
  3. Select an active subscription.
  4. Next to Renewal, click Update.
  5. Select the renewal option and click Confirm.

 Flexible Plan

Switch to the Flexible payment plan: 

Add and delete users at any time. At the end of the month, you're for the actual number of accounts in service during the month. 

Annual Plan (Yearly Payments)

Auto-renew my commitment contract monthly: 

You’re charged monthly for your annual commitment.

On the renewal date, your customer starts a new 12-month subscription. You receive 2 notifications: 30 days and 3 days before the renewal date. You can choose to renew the contract at the same or fewer numbers of annual licenses:

  • With the same licenses: The annual number of licenses is equal to customer's number of licenses on the renewal date.
  • With fewer licenses: The annual number of licenses is reduced to the customers's number of licensed users on the renewal date.

Cancel my subscription
Cancel my subcription When your annual commitment ends, the customer's services is suspended and you're no longer billed for that customer. In the Channel Services console, the customer's subcription status is.
