You can cancel a customer's account by:
- Immediately by ending your reseller relationship by transfer the customer to Google.
- Setting the customer's subscriptions to not renew at the end of the subscription period.
Cancel the account at the end of subscription period
- Sign in to the Partner Sales Console.
- On the Customers page, click the customer name.
- Select a subscription.
- Next to renewal options, click Update.
- In Change renewal options, select Cancel my subscription.
- Click Confirm.
- Repeat the cancellation steps for each of the customer's subscriptions.
