Orders

Requires one Chrome Enterprise Upgrade per Chrome device. Learn about managing upgrades. (Chrome Enterprise Upgrade orders do not include any hardware.)

Note: Chromebook Enterprise devices are bundled with Chrome Enterprise Upgrade, which can be used for the life of the device.

After placing an order

Customers must accept the Terms of Service. The Subscription status then changes from Suspended to Active.

Order Chrome Enterprise

  1. Sign in to the Partner Sales Console.
  2. On the Customers page, click the customer's name.
  3. For Subscriptions, click New service.
  4. At Chrome Enterprise Upgrade, click Select.
  1. Select the billing account.

    You only have to select the billing account if you have multiple billing accounts set up in your Partner Sales Console. Otherwise, go to the next step.

    • All orders for a customer must use the same currency, but you can use different billing accounts with the same currency.
    • All Google Workspace subscriptions need to use the same billing account.
  2. For the payment plan you want, click Select plan.
  3. Enter the number of licenses neededand thenclick Save.
  4. Enter the P.O. number (optional)and thenclick Confirm orderand thenClose.
