This issue was solved for us by a 10 minute text chat with Google support.

The problem was the "free trial account" limits being applied to a paid account, due to snafu between Google Domains (a "reseller," apparently) and G-Suite.

Good luck.

Still having the issue of not being able to invite a large number of guests or a group list.
Please advise. I have a paid account.  If this is not rectified we will need to move to another platform.

I too have this issue; when i tried sending the meet invite for about 70 email ids, it works well; when it is about 125 email ids, the "oops......." message appears.
Dear Gsuite Team,
Pl rectify this issue as it is the need of the hour and we all are working from home, trying to conduct meetings with our educational group

Regards,
Beaulah

Experiencing the same issue. I hope this gets resolved soon. I'm a personal user and sending invites to a group of friends and ran up against this limit.

I am also facing nthe same issue. Yesterday I was getting the same error. So I thought I will give a break and will try adding today. But today also I could send invite to only  guests (As it is my practice to add only 5 guests at a time and save the event). But next slot of 5 guests I am unable to add.

Error message says "oops, we are unable to save the event". Please help

I continue to have this same issue of not being able to send calendar meeting invites to a group or approximately 50 individuals. We have a paid subscription. Please advise of a resolution or we may need to find another program.

Thanks to the tip to chat with Google Support, 5 hours later going back and forth from one support to another, I finally got this:

Google Cloud Support, Celine: Upon consulting this with my colleague, he have lifted the trial like state on your account since you have your account for a long time so you have already accumulated a $30 on your billing which is the original requirement for direct accounts. Google Cloud Support, Celine: You should be able to send invites now with more than 9 guests.

Why, Google, why do you have to make it so DAMN difficult?  Why isn't this just automatic after $30????

I had the same issue and contacting support via chat is what worked for me!

"This error message is received because your account is under 'trial like limits'. This basically limits the usage of some services and one of them is Google Calendar. Since your Reseller is Google Domains, I will proceed to submit a request so the limits are removed for you.

However, the system will take from 48 to 72 hours to complete this action.

By the way, at the end of this article you will find some information about the 'trial like limits': https://support.google.com/a/answer/2905486"
