Send feedback about Google Calendar

If you want to report a problem or tell us something that's missing from Google Calendar, send us feedback.

When to send feedback

Things you can send feedback about:

  • Something is broken or not working well
  • You have suggestions for things that should be added to Google Calendar

How to send feedback

In your feedback, try to share as much detail about the problem or suggestion as you can.

We can’t respond individually to every piece of feedback, but we do use your comments to improve Calendar for everyone.

  1. On your computer, open Google Calendar.
  2. Go to the area in Calendar that you want to send feedback on.
  3. In the top right, click Support Support and then Send feedback
  4. Follow the instructions to write your feedback and show us what part of the page has problems.

Report inappropriate calendar invites or events

Tip: If you notice a suspicious invitation or event on your calendar, report it as spam.

Step 1: Report the event as spam

Important: When you report one event, all events from that organizer are removed from your calendar.
  1. On your computer, open Google Calendar.
  2. Double click the event you want to report.
  3. At the top right, click More Actions and then Report as Spam.

Step 2: Check your event settings

To choose which events display on your calendar, change your settings.
  1. On your computer, open Google Calendar.
  2. At the top right, click Settings Settings and then Settings.
  3. In the "General" tab, click Event settings and then Add invitations to my calendar.
  4. Choose an option:
    • From everyone: Add all invitations to your calendar automatically.
    • Only if the sender is known: Add events to your calendar if the sender is in your contacts, part of your organization, or someone you have interacted with.
      • This option might reveal to senders they aren't in your contacts.
    • When I respond to the invitation in email: Add an event to your calendar after you respond to the email notification.
      • When an event isn't added to your calendar, you get an invitation by email, even if the organizer doesn't send one.
