Invitation not received

If you're having trouble with Google Calendar's invitation feature, please send your invitations again to see if the problem persists. You may want to ask your guests to make sure that the invitation did not end up in their spam filter mailbox.

Also, if your guests currently use Google Calendar, please ask them to make sure that their notification settings are set to receive email notifications for invitations. If the New invitations setting is not enabled for email notifications, they won't receive your invitation. To check this setting, please ask them to follow these steps:

  1. In the calendar list on the left, click the down-arrow button next to the appropriate calendar, then select Notifications.
  2. In the Choose how you would like to be notified section, select the box next to New Invitations and any other invitation notifications in the Email column.
  3. Click Save.
