Can't remove Google My Business listing?

I get this message. I've tried removing locations individually and it's not working.

"Couldn't remove location. Check your permissions, or try removing locations individually."

Try to remove yourself via the "Users" tab in your GMB dashboard as opposed to selecting "Remove" from the listing page.

Hi Craig,

I don't have a users tab. I've attached an image of what my dashboard looks like. Does this mean I'm not the owner? If so, how do I become the owner of my company's page?

Click into the individual listing, you'll see it on the left-hand side.

You'll also see your access level.

This won't work if you're the only user left. I'm the Primary Owner, can't remove my listing and can't remove myself as a user.
