Business profile disabled and then reinstated but access limited

Last week I got an email stating that my business profile on google was disabled because it "did not exist". I appealed the decision and provided some photos and several days ago I got another email saying that my appeal was successful. However, now my business listing is showing up with half as many reviews, a lower overall rating and I am unable to respond to reviews because my access is restricted. When I check my appeal status it still says successful, however when I try to make edits it says that the email associated with the account is suspended, When I check the status of the email on the account though, it says that there are no issues. Please help!

Adirondack Adventure Center, 877 Lake Avenue, Lake Luzerne, NY 12846.

My profile says it has been reinstated and my appeal says that it was approved however I am missing 402 reviews that were previously on my page and I am unable to respond to customer reviews. Below are some screenshots.

You can share using Google Drive link or any method.

Please share photos of your business from outside with signage [If you have address in listing] and

Share any Govt doc which proves it's a business with same listing name and address. [If Possible share URL directly to govt website]

A scanned copy/link to the business registration showing the business address
Business license showing the business address
Utility bill showing the business address"
