Several fake reviews hitting my clients account

My client is getting an average of 3 fake reviews a day all from new Google accounts.  Google's algorithm is not picking up on it.  I am flaging them all and trying to escalate but so far only 2 have been removed.  There are 14 total and counting.  How can I stop this attack?

As I mentioned earlier, it's going to be around 1-2 weeks to get a response from Google on this. I'll post back here when I do hear from them.

Can you please list the full details of the business along with the link to their listing on Google Maps?

Have you already contacted support about this? It will be much faster than me escalating it here.

Please see map listing here. If you look at the newest reviews you will see several reviews over a period of one week with 1 star reviews.  All these reviews are from new accounts.  Even the names on the accounts are random in most cases.

There are 14 total fake reviews and counting...

I have contacted support several times with the same link you sent.  They keep directing me to the review tool, which is having issues.  It never shows all the reviews I have flagged.  It only lists 5 at a time it seems.  I have got 2 reviews removed by escalating, however they said they would remove them all on one communication but when I checked only one review was removed.  How many more times should I continue to escalate this way?  In the mean time they are getting 2 -3 new ones a day.

Working with Google on that open case is going to be way faster than me escalating it here. It will likely be at least 1-2 weeks to hear back if I send it to Google on the forum.

I can't get them to reply on that case.  At this point I have escaled so many times and I keep getting the same generic response of:

Hi.
You recently submitted a request for support with a review that had been reported but there was some important information missing. Please go to this tool and walk through the steps to generate a form that includes this information, so that we can help you.

If I go to the tool its not showing all the reviews I flagged and says pending decision on the others.  If I try and escalate a review, the problem is its looking on at the one review at a time.  I need a Google specialist to look at the entire profile showing the negative reviews over a period of several days with the same pattern of 1 star and no comments.  We had two more negative fake reviews added since I last posted.  Please escalate as the matter is not getting resolved for me.

Can you give me the case ID for the support request you have open?
This was one where all names were listed...

Today another two negative reviews appeared.  Its not stopping and Google needs to see the pattern.

The accounts also left 1 other review in other countries.

I'll send this to Google and let you know what they say. As mentioned earlier, it's probably going to be a couple of weeks before I hear back from them.

Another fake review, when I flag them they are getting denied within minutes.  I have to escalate and I got an email saying my last review was getting removed and when I look nothing is removed.  I also show some escaled reviews not eleigible now even though there is clear abuse here.

This last review has also left 3 other reviews all in China, the 3 prior all have reviews from Brazil.  See image below.  Unless we get a live agent to carefully examine the pattern of abuse we aren't going to get these removed from the automated system set up.  We are overly frustrated and open to any suggestions.

This is resolved, I somehow managed to find a way to chat with Google and they acknowledged the bot issue of fake reviews.  This morning 23 negative reviews were removed in total.
