I cant edit Amenities, google has added we have wifi and a bus' centre, but we don't, I cant delete

I don't have access to edit Amenities on the profile. Google has stated we have a business centre, wifi and a kitchen in some rooms, we don't have and its showing on our profile which is incorrect and misleading. How can we edit this?

I have tried to contact google already, the automated help responses do not help me. I need someone to contact me to correct the information. Why does google put wrong information on listings without checking first. It’s misleading and causes problems for us as guests think we are the ones doing the wrong info. Please have someone connect with me on email

Hi,

Businesses manage their information within the Google My Business dashboard while logged in to the Google Account that is associated with the owner or manager. There is no such thing as posting messaging requests here for support to contact you. The business owner or manager can use the information provided. If that is not you forward the information to them and have them take action. The sooner it is done the quicker it will be corrected.

Yes I am the business owner and yes I have and can access the business dashboard, there is no option to edit the Amenities other than say its women led and kid friendly.  You (google) have added on the public profile that we have a business centre, wife and kitchen in some rooms, this I cannot see anywhere on the business dashboard to delete!  It is listed under amenities on the public profile when going to the business dashboard these are not seen to delete. Thanks

Just  seconding  the advise  given  by  James already in his first  response:  and later here  as well.

YOu  need  to  contact 1:1  business  support  via  this  link  https://support.google.com/business/gethelp?hl=en  regarding the  wrong  amenities.
And please  beaware  neither James  nor me  are Googler.
This is  a  peer to peer  help forum and we all  are volunteering users.
