Manage agency invitations

Your organisation can be invited to manage specific Business Profiles or business groups owned by someone else.

• You can manage an individual profile on Search and Maps. To manage multiple profiles in bulk at once, you can use Business Profile Manager. If you want to add another profile, on Google Search, select the three-dot menu Add a new Business Profile. 

• For a single Business Profile: The profile owner can invite a business group in your organisation using the business group ID. Or, you can request access for your organisation to manage the profile – specifying a business group for the profile to be added to.
• For a business group: The business group owner can invite your organisation using your organisation ID.

View and accept invitations

To view and accept an invitation to manage someone else's Business Profile:

1. Sign in to Business Profile Manager.
2. Click Manage invitations. 
   • If you're part of multiple organisations, make sure that you choose the right organisation first.
3. Find the invitation, then click Approve or Decline.

Request access to a Business Profile

To request access for your organisation to manage a Business Profile owned by someone else:

1. Sign in to Business Profile Manager.
2. Click Manage invitations. 
   • If you're part of multiple organisations, make sure that you choose the right organisation first.
3. Click the Request access button.
4. Search by business name and choose the appropriate profile.
5. Choose which of your business groups the profile should be added to.
6. Click Continue, then follow the prompts to request access.

View access requests

To see requests that your organisation has sent to manage someone else's Business Profile:

1. Sign in to Business Profile Manager.
2. Click Manage invitations. 
   • If you're part of multiple organisations, make sure that you choose the right organisation first.
3. Click the Requests sent tab to see the status of each request.
