When you manage your bookings through another booking provider, you get web and app services that seamlessly use your customer’s Google Account. Your customers also benefit from automatic booking reminders and built-in integration with Google products like Calendar.
On the “Bookings” tab of your profile, you can manage booking options which also includes Reserve with Google.

If you don’t already work with a provider to manage your bookings, you can explore providers available in your country through Reserve with Google. You can also add your own first-party link.
- Go to your Business Profile. Learn how to find your profile.
- To select a provider:
- On Google Search, select Bookings.
- On Google Maps, select Manage your Business Profile Bookings.
- Sign up with your provider of choice.
Booking providers automatically appear on your Business Profile within one week.
You can turn off a booking provider or add a link to your Profile. Learn how to manage providers and link to your Profile.
Performance data isn’t available for custom links. You can access performance data from Reserve with Google.
Manage your waitlists directly on Google
Important: This feature is only available to restaurant businesses. To use the waitlist feature, you must sign up with a third-party Reserve with Google providers.
- Go to your Business Profile. Learn how to find your profile.
- To manage your provider waitlists:
- On Google Search, select Waitlists.
- On Google Maps, select Edit profile Waitlists.
- To add the waitlist feature to your profile, select Get started.
- Follow the onscreen prompts to set up a waitlist with an eligible third-party provider.
If you’ve already set up a waitlist:
- To manage a waitlist for a specific provider, next to the name of the provider, select Manage bookings.
- To add another waitlist provider, select Add provider.
- To find data about waitlist performance, select View performance.
Tip: To remove the “Join waitlist” button from your profile, you must unregister directly with the third-party provider.
