Important: As a COVID-19 precaution, we're operating with a limited team. It may take longer than usual to connect with us. We recommend our Help Community and YouTube Channel.

Pending review edits

We may review your edits before we publish them.

If your edits aren't published, you could find the message: “Your edit is pending. It usually takes up to 10 minutes to be reviewed.” In some cases, the pending edits may take up to 30 days for review.

Not published edits

We may review your edits before we publish them.

If your edits aren't published, you will find the message: “Something went wrong and your edit wasn’t published” with the unpublished edits.

You can make your edits again. If you still have issues, contact us.

Google updates

When we get reports that your business information may be incorrect, you get "Google updates." These reports come from various sources and help give customers the most accurate, up-to-date information about your business. Learn how to manage Google updates on your profile

Unverified Business Profiles

If your profile is unverified, you can still edit some of your main business information through your Google Account like business name, business category, address, opening hours, phone number, and website.

Your edit still needs to be approved before it can be published. In some cases, you may still need to verify your profile first before you can make edits to your information.
