Link accounts to Ads Data Hub

In order for Google ad data to populate in Ads Data Hub, the Google ad platform accounts managing the data must be linked to the Ads Data Hub account. Account linking requests originate in the ad platform and are sent to Ads Data Hub. The owner of the account can be different (as in the case of an advertiser providing access to a vendor), or the same (as in the case of a single advertiser).

Data begins populating in Ads Data Hub after the link is approved.

The basic process for linking accounts is as follows. Note that these steps might be performed by different users, such as in the case of a data-owner granting a vendor access to their ad data:

  1. Initiate a link request from the Google ad platforms you want to link.
  2. Approve the link using either the Ads Data Hub UI or API.

  1. Contact your Google sales representative to work with a Brand Specialist.
  2. Provide the insertion order ID of your YouTube Reservation campaign.

Once the data is available in Ads Data Hub, you can query it in the adh.yt_reserve_* tables.

Consolidated Reserve buys (Instant Reserve): Use these steps if you provided a Google Ads customer ID when setting up your campaigns, or you bought your YouTube Reserve campaigns directly in Google Ads.

YouTube Reservation that is integrated with Google Ads must be linked using the Google Ads account. See Link your Google Ads account. If you have already linked the Google Ads account that contains your YouTube Reservation data, no further action is required.
