Accept deals

Agencies can negotiate and finalize Private Auction and Preferred Deals sent directly from publishers. Agency-level deals are negotiated between the agency account and the publisher and can then be transacted across all DSPs that are set up in the agency account. 

1. Sign in to Authorized Buyers.

2. Navigate to Negotiations and filter and search for your negotiation.
   1. All deals in the process of being negotiated are displayed here
   2. When the  negotiation is finalized, all deals in the negotiation will be shared with all configured DSPs
3. Click Accept to accept the deal or click Propose changes to make changes to the deal.

Once finalized, the deals are shared with all configured DSPs. These deals are read-only for the DSP. The DSP can fetch these deals and show them in their UI. No additional steps are required in Authorized Buyers for deals to start transacting (for example, the DSP does not need to accept the agency deal). 

In order for the deal to spend, agencies must then go into their DSP UI to configure spend against the single deal ID.

Create an auction package 

An auction package is a collection of open auction inventory specified by targeting criteria set by you. While you can create an auction package yourself, you also have the option of subscribing to packages created by other buyers or Google sales teams.

1. Sign in to Authorized Buyers.

2. Navigate to Marketplace, then Discovery to configure inventory and targeting for a package.
3. Go to  Marketplace, then Auction Packages, and then Create Auction Package to select inventory targeting.
   1. All linked DSPs are eligible for deal
   2. A single deal ID is generated automatically for the auction package and shared for all DSPs
4. Go to each DSP to set spend amounts and other configurations.
