Hide contact names on Smart Displays
When someone calls your Smart Display and you have personal results turned on, your Smart Display shows their name from your Google Contacts. To hide contact names on this device, turn off personal results.
When you turn off personal results:
- Google Assistant doesn’t use your Google Contacts.
- You get a phone number or email on your screen instead of a contact name.
