時計をスマートフォンに接続できない

初めて時計とスマートフォンを接続する際に問題が発生した場合は、スマートフォンがインターネットに接続されていることをご確認ください。接続を確認しても問題が解決しない場合は、次の手順をお試しください。

注: ペア設定済みの時計で接続に関する問題が発生した場合は、こちらの手順で再接続してみてください。

1 Make sure your phone and Google apps are up to date

You need a phone or tablet running Android 4.3 or up. To see if your device is compatible with Android Wear, go to g.co/WearCheck.

Next, make sure the following Google apps are all up to date:

  • Google Play Services app version 7.3.28 or above
  • Google Search app version 4.0 or above
  • Android Wear app version 1.0

2 Check your Bluetooth connection

To make sure your phone's Bluetooth is turned on:

  1. On your phone, open your device's Settings menu 設定.
  2. Under "Wireless & networks," tap Bluetooth.
  3. Make sure the switch is set to On

To make sure your watch is not in Airplane mode:

  1. If your screen is dim, tap the screen to wake up the watch.
  2. Swipe down from the top of the screen.
    • Android Wear 2.0 and up: Tap Settings 設定.
    • Android Wear 1.5 and below: Swipe left and tap Settings 設定.
  3. Scroll until you see Airplane mode and make sure it says Off.
3 Restart your watch and phone
  1. If your screen is dim, tap the screen to wake up the watch.
  2. Swipe down from the top of the screen.
    • Android Wear 2.0 and up: Tap Settings 設定次へ System.
    • Android Wear 1.5 and below: Swipe left and tap Settings 設定.
  3. Scroll down and tap Restart .
  4. Restart your phone by pressing and holding the power button.
4 If nothing else works, reset your watch

1. Unpair your watch from your phone

  1. Open your device's Settings menu 設定.
  2. Under "Wireless & networks," tap Bluetooth.
  3. Make sure Bluetooth is turned on.
  4. Next to name of your Android Wear watch, tap Settings 設定. On the screen that opens, tap Forget

2. Reset your watch to factory settings 

  1. If your screen is dim, tap the screen to wake up the watch.
  2. Swipe down from the top of the screen.
    • Android Wear 2.0 and up: Tap Settings 設定次へ System.
    • Android Wear 1.5 and below: Swipe left and tap Settings 設定.
  3. Scroll down.
    • Android Wear 2.0 and up: Tap Disconnect and reset .
    • Android Wear 1.5 and below: Tap Unpair with phone .
  4. To confirm you’d like to unpair and reset your phone, tap Done 完了.

If you’re still having trouble, you may need to uninstall the Android Wear app and reinstall it before trying again.

3. Pair your watch and phone again

  1. On your phone, open the Android Wear app Android Wear.
  2. At the top of the screen, tap the down arrow 下矢印.
  3. Select Pair with new wearable.
  4. To finish reconnecting your watch, follow the instructions on your phone or tablet.
