Ads not showing in some locations: What can I do?

Your ads will show to users in the locations that you've chosen in your campaign settings. If a user's location is outside of your targeted area, or can't be determined by our system, we won't show your ad, in order to prevent irrelevant clicks.

If you're diagnosing multiple keywords or using the Ad Preview and Diagnosis tool, make sure that you configure your diagnosis to a location that your campaign is targeting. For example, if you’ve chosen to target users in California, you should choose United States > California from the "Location" drop-down menu. If you don't, you'll see a message saying that your ad isn't showing.

You may want to review the location targeting settings for this campaign. Learn more about location targeting.
