About GoogleRatings.com and AdWords Surveys

You might be sent an occasional email invitation from Google asking you to participate in one of our customer or user surveys at GoogleRatings.com. These surveys typically ask about the following topics (but could include others):

  • Your satisfaction with AdWords (or recent interactions with us)
  • How you use AdWords or other Google products
  • General information about your business
  • Your interest in participating in limited tests of new features

Always be careful about checking the details of where an email came from. If Google sends you an email asking you to participate in a survey, the "From" address should contain "@google.com," and the "Return-Path" should also contain "@google.com."

If you don't want to get market research emails from Google in the future, you can click the unsubscribe link in the email footer. In your AdWords account, you can also edit your notification preferences to opt out of Google market research emails.

If you haven't been invited to participate in one of our surveys but would still like to share feedback about your experiences with AdWords, please contact us.
