Google requires advertisers to apply to publicise or disseminate public service announcements advertising in Singapore. This process is required for all ad formats and assets.

You must submit:

A document establishing your organization’s registration or incorporation: for example a Certificate Confirming Incorporation of Company or Business Profile from ACRA. This document should be dated the same date as this application.
A letter from a Government Ministry, Statutory Board, or Organ of State containing:
- Organization name (the agency or intermediary acting on behalf of the Government Ministry, Statutory Board, or Organ of State )
- Google Ads customer ID of the agency or intermediary acting on behalf of the Government Ministry, Statutory Board, or Organ of State
- Date and term of the contract between the agency/intermediary and the Government Ministry, Statutory Board, or Organ of State
- Statement that all ads created in this account are being purchased pursuant to the aforementioned contract.
- Statement that all ads created in this account will disseminate public service announcements which do not constitute political advertisements for the purposes of the Code of Practice for Transparency of Online Political Advertisements (issued under the Protection from Online Falsehoods and Manipulation Act).

You must submit:
