Update to advertiser identity verification policy (October 2021)

On 27 October 2021, Google will update its advertiser identity verification policy reflecting the addition of 26 new regions to our verification programme. Google will begin asking advertisers registered in Aruba, Benin, Botswana, Burkina Faso, Cameroon, Ethiopia, Guinea, Guyana, Haiti, Isle of Man, Jamaica, Macau, Madagascar, Maldives, Mali, Mauritius, Mongolia, Montenegro, Mozambique, Nicaragua, Niger, Rwanda, Sierra Leone, Togo, Uganda and Zambia to complete advertiser identity verification as part of the phased rollout. The advertiser identity verification policy includes example criteria of advertisers who may be prioritised.
