What was the reason they gave you? Without knowing what AdSense rejected it for, we can only guess.
There appears to be copied contents, as well as content they don't allow, such as pregnancy related stuff.
The navigation is annoying as well ... some articles have only one or two paragraphs and then you have to click to the second page. Nobody wants to deal with that. On top of that, you have an ad directly below "Open next page to see more" which would result in a lot of invalid/accidental clicks.

thanks for your reply
this is the message i get

 -     We’ve found some policy violations on your site which means your site isn’t ready to show ads yet.
  1. Valuable inventory: Under construction
As stated in our Program policies, we may not show Google ads on pages or apps where content is unnecessarily difficult or frustrating to navigate or interact with. This includes pages or apps that are under construction, not functioning, or lead to error messages.

For more information, please review the Program policies.
View the Content policies or visit the Help Center for more information. After you've fixed the violation, you can request a review of your site. -

Are you the original poster? The user name is not the same.
Anyway, 2 URLs were mentioned:
http://www.closemind.uk/ - has no content at all, just a navigation that leads to empty pages
http://www.closemind.com/ - parked domain, again no content
So either way, there is no content and therefore "under construction" is true.
