Can somebody help me? Whenever I try apply for ads on my blog, it says the following:

Your site isn’t ready to show ads
We’ve found some policy violations on your site which means that your site isn’t ready to show ads yet.
  1. Site down or unavailable
We found that your site was down or unavailable. We suggest that you check your application to see if there was a typo in the URL that you submitted. When your site is operational, you can resubmit your application. We’ll be happy to take another look at your application.
View the Content policies or visit the Help Centre for more information. After you've fixed the violation, you can request a review of your site.

However, my site is up and running and has been since 1st June 2019. I've spoken to Go Daddy and they say everything on their side is working, it seems to be a issue with google.

What was the exact URL you submitted to AdSense?

I can't write it as it states I'm not following content policy?

What do you mean you can't write your URL?  Whether or not you can write your URL in the forum should have nothing to do with AdSense policies, unless of course your URL contains adult content words, or profanity.
Nobody can help without seeing the website you submitted. To see it, we need your URL.

Sometimes the forum stops new people from posting urls.
Just type in your domain name instead -- don't link it.
