need contact form for address verification

I want to verify my address for google adsense through contact form ie providing my identity documents attached to my address instead of waiting for the postal pin to arrive

You could try the PIN troubleshooter. Note you should be logged into your Gmail account associated with your AdSense account as the results and options you receive may vary depending on your account status

Note Google never provides tracking numbers for mailed PINS.  They are sent by the standard (regular) postal service.
 
Finally, if you are a YouTube creator/partner, you could try YouTube Partner Support, as sometimes they are able to help out with PIN problems -- but you can't force this support to happen if it isn't there. Also, my understanding is that you need to have exhausted all your options under the troubleshooter referenced above before YouTube Creator/Partner Support will be able to assist you.
