It's important for a site displaying AdSense to offer significant value to the user by providing unique and relevant content, and not to place ads on auto-generated pages or pages with little to no original content. This may include, but is not limited to:
- copying portions of text content from other sources
- websites dedicated to embedded videos from other hosts
- websites with gibberish content that makes no sense or seems auto-generated
- templated or pre-generated websites that provide duplicate content to users.

It's pretty clear about copying content from other sites. That is not allowed for AdSense. Using someone else's work is an infringement of copyright.

- infringes copyright. It is our policy to respond to notices of alleged infringement that comply with the Digital Millennium Copyright Act (DMCA).
AdSense expect you to write all your own content, based on your own experience and knowledge. Not copy stuff from other sources.
This is only one example from your website (there are others) where you didn't write your own content.
Several sites contain the the exact same paragraphs as found in the article on your site.
The people who wrote those articles all have medical experience and knowledge, with degrees.
What experience or degrees do you have in the medical field? You have no information on your about page (no about page that I can find) that explains that you have your own knowledge of this medical information you are writing about ... if you write about medical and health information, you need to have some authority on the subject so you can write your own, instead of copying content from other people's work.
