Almost $5000 unpaid for several years, Adsense won't reply. Simple issue 0 Recommended Answers 19 Replies 0 Upvotes

I tried to reply to support case [0-1911000017608] but got an automated reply a couple weeks later saying the case was closed and I need to open a new case. I do not see any contact form in the Adsense help page. Can someone please lookup this case? I’ve had a balance on my Adsense account for several years that I cannot withdraw without being able to add a new payment method. 
 
When I try adding a new payment method for the CAD balance and am getting an error message:
 
"You'll need edit access on this payments profile in order to complete this task. Visit the payments settings page and click "manage payments users" to find the admin who can grant this permission to you. If you've already requested this permission, check your email to accept it."
 
When I view the users for payments, I see my email but there is an invitation expired in red next to it and I don't see a way of resending the invitation or adding a new user for payments.

This is a simple issue but because I no longer have a website actively running ads, Adsense will no longer reply to me and or show me a contact form.

I have the same problem... I changed my type of account from individual to bussiness and now I have the same problem. And I have no reply from adsens support.

Hi Marqus: how did you originally open your support case?

This may be related to why you cannot send another invite:  
Note: Individual profiles can no longer invite people to join or manage their profiles. If you accepted a profile invite in the past, follow the instructions at the end of the article to leave it. Can you sign in to Google with the invited Google account and see what you see in Pay?

Wouldn't this be a Google adsense support issue and not Google pay? 

I originally submitted the support requests through Google Adsense support when my ads word active but now that they have been inactive for a while (decided to park the domain instead), there is no option to contact Adsense again since I do not meet the criteria for email support. I can try reaching out to Google pay for assistance.

From the error message in your original post it sounds like it's a problem in Google Payments ("You'll need edit access on this payments profile in order to complete this task. Visit the payments settings page and click "manage payments users" to find the admin who can grant this permission to you. If you've already requested this permission, check your email to accept it.").
 
If that is a setting at https://payments.google.com then I'd start with Google Pay support for assistance.

It's an Adsense payment issue. An agent was helping me over a year ago and sent the invitation link but it expired before I had a chance to accept it so now it is stuck at invitation pending and there is nothing I can do about it until Google Adsense support steps in. I can't reach anyone there, my account no longer qualifies for email/phone support.

Perhaps someone with an active Google adsense account can forward them this thread?

Have you tried contacting Google Payments support? 

I can escalate your issue to AdSense if they are unable to assist you, but I would try that first.
