The reports in your AdSense account are typically updated every few hours. However, the information in the reports is subject to change after our logs have been internally verified. Because of the way our system tracks account activity, it can typically take up to 24 hours to finalise the reports for a given day's earnings. This is why you may see earnings change over the course of a day while the numbers of clicks and impressions stay the same or increase.
