Determine the cause of the issue
To begin addressing the issues on your site, click Fix in the "Action" column. This will take you to the Issue details page, which provides a description of the issue we found on your site. Read the description carefully to determine what to fix on your site.
Screenshots highlight examples of policy issues found on your pages and can help you to understand and identify these issues. To view a screenshot, click in the "Screenshots" column.
Note that screenshots may not show every issue, so check your entire page to make sure it follows our policies. Some policy issues won't have an associated screenshot.
Remember that only policy violations must be fixed. Publisher restrictions aren’t required changes, however content with publisher restrictions receive restricted ad serving. Learn more about types of issues and ad serving statuses.
If you’re still having trouble understanding the cause of the issue, refer to the AdSense Help Center policy section or check out the Google AdSense Help Community.
If you have many sites with issues, consider using the Policy center filters to help you prioritize which sites to fix first. For example, you can filter for the sites with the highest number of affected ad requests or filter for all the sites with disabled ad serving, the most severe enforcement.
You can also filter for all the Must fix issues to help you prioritize. Must fix issues are policy violations that must be addressed. Learn more about using the Policy center.
Request a review
After you've made the required changes for a policy violation and/or the optional changes for a publisher restriction, you may request a review of your site.
To request a review of your site:
- Sign in to your AdSense account.
- Click Account Policy center.
- Click Fix next to the site you’d like to be reviewed.
- In the "Issues found" section, click Request Review.
Note: The Request review button will be inactive if your site has been reviewed and rejected several times recently. Check the date provided to find out when you can request another review for your site.
- Review the information in the dialog box, then describe the changes you made to comply with Program policies or explain the reason you think a violation may not apply.
- Check the checkbox to confirm you’re ready for a review.
- Click Request review.
Check the "Status" column in the Policy center for updates about your review. If the status is Under review, your site is being reviewed and a decision hasn’t been made yet.
If your review is rejected, you’ll be notified via email and in the "Issues found" section. Review the policy violation details again to ensure you make the correct changes on your site. Once you’ve re-reviewed the policies and made additional changes, you can request another review.
If your review is successful, the enforcement will be removed from the Policy center and you’ll be notified via email.Checking Issue Status in the Policy Center
