Possible mixed accounts? Recived email about policy center issues but for closed account. No ads.. 0 Recommended Answers 1 Reply 0 Upvotes
I am struggling with an app that was acquired by another vendor so we moved the app to vendors Admob account. I have closed my previous account and now the situation is that ads are not showing up (only in iOS app, Android works fine), I have received an email from Policy Center regarding some app issues but the email was sent from the account that is already closed so I couldn't read it. The new account shows no issues in policy center. Despite that ads are not showing up for months now. I am desperate because I can't get in touch with Admob support.
Did any of you had such an issue? Do you know how to contact Admob? all I get is being redirected to this forum.
The SDK is properly implemented I can see the test ads but when I go to prod. there is nothing coming.
I have also changed the IDs to new ones but still nothing.
