admob has mail me like below
1. First he has send me disabled mail with no required action (March 3 2019)
2. After some day he has again mail me with issue id and include in mail that you can update your app and appeal us then i have appeal and he has send me mail like below (March 9 2019)

but i want to clarify regarding 3 question below
1. when it will be active??
2. also account is not opening
3. payment i will get or not??
