I received a notification. What do I need to do next?
The notification that you received will contain details regarding the policy issue and the app ID on which we found the issue.
Read the notification carefully and make any appropriate changes to your app to resolve the issue. In some cases, it may require changing the implementation of your ads.
Bear in mind that the app referred to in the notification is just one example of where we found the issues. You also need to review any other apps in your account, as they may have the same or similar issues that have not yet been detected.
What happens if I don't make changes?
Be aware that if you don't make changes to bring your app into compliance, ad serving may be disabled to your app.
If ad serving has already been disabled to your app, make the appropriate changes and then contact us for reconsideration.
What if I can’t complete the changes in a timely manner?
If you can't complete your changes and violations are still found, ad serving may be disabled to your app. However, even though ad serving may be disabled, you may continue to update your app and contact us for reconsideration after your changes are complete.
I need clarification regarding the policy that my app is violating. What should I do?
In the Policy centre of your AdMob account, you can learn more about the policies in violation by clicking each of the policy names. This provides more information about how to identify and fix the cause of the violation.
