Update your contact name, email, phone number, or email preference

To specify your personal contact information, follow these steps:

  1. Sign in to your AdMob account at https://apps.admob.com.
  2. Click the gear icon Settings and select Account settings.
  3. Click Edit in the "Personal settings" section.
  4. Make the desired changes to your personal contact information.
    • First name: Enter the first or given name you want us to use when contacting you.
    • Last name: Enter the last or family name you want us to use when contacting you.
    • Contact email: Your contact email can be different from your login email and does not need to be a Google Account. To change your contact email, select Use different email and enter your new contact email address.
    • Contact phone: Enter the phone number you want us to use when contacting you.
    • Email preference: Use the checkboxes to make changes to the kinds of email you receive from AdMob.
  5. Click Save.
Updates to your personal settings and contact information won’t change the email address you use to sign in to your AdMob account or other information you’ve provided to AdMob, such as the information shown in your Payee profile.

Verify changes to your contact email

If you’ve updated your contact email, we’ll send a verification message to the new email to confirm the address. Click the verification link in the email to verify the change. You’ll be redirected back to your AdMob account, where you’ll see the updated contact information we’ll use to address communications to you.

Update your display language

  1. Sign in to your AdMob account at https://apps.admob.com.
  2. Click the gear icon Settings and select Account settings.
  3. Click the Edit link beside Display language in the "Personal settings" section. The language settings for your Google Account will open in a new browser tab or window.
  4. Make the desired language changes.
  5. Refresh AdMob to use it in the new language.

AdMob Beta

From the Settings page, you can make changes to your contact settings, the language you use AdMob in, and your email preferences. You can also find useful information about your account, including your Publisher ID, AdSense Customer ID, and AdWords Customer ID.

To access your account settings, sign in to AdMob and click Settings in the sidebar.

  3. Click Edit beside any of the fields in the "Personal settings" section and make the desired changes:
    • First name: Enter the first or given name you want us to use when contacting you.
    • Last name: Enter the last or family name you want us to use when contacting you.
    • Contact email: Your contact email can be different from your login email and does not need to be a Google Account. To change your contact email, select Use different email and enter your new contact email address.
    • Contact phone: Enter the phone number you want us to use when contacting you.
    • Email preference: Use the checkboxes to make changes to the kinds of email you receive from AdMob.
  4. Click Save. You must save your changes before editing a different field.
Updates to your personal settings and contact information won’t change the email address you use to sign in to your AdMob account or other information you’ve provided to AdMob, such as the information shown in Payments.

Verify changes to your contact email

If you’ve updated your contact email, we’ll send a verification message to the new email to confirm the address. Click the verification link in the email to verify the change. Find your AdSense & AdWords Customer IDs

When you signed up for AdMob, your AdMob account was associated with an AdSense account and an AdWords account through the Google Account you signed up with. The Customer IDs for both of these accounts can be found by clicking Settings in the sidebar and reviewing the "Account information" section. 

Find the current time zone & currency for your account

When you signed up for AdMob, the time zone and currency for your AdMob account were set according to your AdSense and AdWords settings. The time zone and currency associated with your account can be found by clicking Settings in the sidebar and reviewing the "Account information" section.
